Rim Treasure guarantees your puppy is in good health and free of disease at the time he/she leaves our home. The new owner should have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery. If the licensed veterinarian finds the puppy has a debilitating congenital defect or contagious disease within that time frame, the buyer may return the puppy, along with a written statement from the veterinarian, to the breeder for replacement with next available puppy of equal value.

We strive for quality at Rim Treasure and are devoted to every Toy Fox Terrier we produce. Your puppy is fully guaranteed against Von Willebrands Disease and *CHG. If either of the afore-mentioned is discovered by a licensed veterinarian, the buyer may return the puppy and receive a replacement puppy of equal value from a future litter. The buyer may also opt to pay the difference and receive a puppy of greater value. A written statement from a licensed veterinarian is required to get a replacement puppy and Rim Treasure retains the right to have the puppy in question examined by their own veterinarian before replacement. Should a puppy die from a suspected genetic abnormality, an autopsy must be performed by a licensed veterinarian at the buyer's expense to verify the cause of death. If it is determined a congenital or hereditary defect caused death, the buyer will receive a replacement puppy, of equal value or opt to receive a puppy of greater value provided the buyer pays the difference. The breeder is not responsible for any shipping, veterinary or medical expenses incurred.
This health guarantee requires that the new owner has their puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian. Failure to do so will waive any guarantee. Please understand that a puppy can be stressed by shipping, changing diets, exposure to strange dogs, and other factors while adjusting to a new home. A variety of issues can occur due to these stressors including, but not limited to, infectious disease, parasites, and digestive issues. These are things Rim Treasure cannot control once a puppy leaves our home. The buyer is responsible for the puppy's environment at this time and as such these things are the buyer's responsibility.
Our goal at Rim Treasure is to bread healthy, beautiful Toy Fox Terriers and to provide these wonderful dogs with a suitable home.

*We acknowledge that Jewel is a CHG carrier and as such, each of her puppies will be tested. We are careful in our breeding of Jewel to ensure she is bred only with CHG clear males. There will be a separate contract for puppies found to be CHG carriers (see Contract for CHG Carriers).
